This vinyl design is over 4m tall and made for the Bee in the City Art trail round Manchester and displayed on Cathedral Street elevation of the Corn Exchange. This is an opportunity to discover creativity through artist window displays in Manchester. During lockdown, during outdoor exercise and following socially distance, the trail is still available. While Pankhurst’s message was about suffrage we are mindful of the ongoing fight for equality in the world today. This piece playfully draws on the MCR aesthetic and spirit, that we are people to lead the way and do the right thing.
